About Florence Blanchard

Urban culture, graffiti, and molecular biology. These are the key words to describe Florence Blanchard's journey. One of the first women active in the French graffiti scene, her work adorned walls and trains in Southern France, Barcelona, Paris, and the rest of Europe before she ventured to the United States, embarking on a journey that merged art and science. Blanchard has created both large-scale, pop-colored murals and works exhibited in galleries in France, England, and the United States.
